"Clean (but not finished) bathroom was best aspect. Owner called around for payment several hours after my arrival. Cash only."
"No signage on property or near the location. Even a guy working near the site doesn’t know where the accommodation was! I eventually found it by accident when a workman pointed out which door I should try to go in."

"The Housekeeper was super nice and communication was easy. She even kept our luggage in her appartement while we stayed in corcovado for a day. Very very low price for a nice appartment, very close to the bus station."

"The host was super friendly and the folks living next door were really nice. The place is in a little neighborhood with some really great folks. We went on a tour of Corcovado National Park and the host let us park our car in her garage while we were gone. Our room had air conditioning for a small fee, but I'm not sure if every room does. It gets hot so double check if you are concerned. Our room also had a washing machine outside which is awesome!"

"Central but very quiet but just 100 m from a main road. The owner is very nice and offered to move us to a different room for our 2nd night because we were not in the room we booked, but we didn’t bother. The apartment is very basic (no hot water) but it ended up to be fine as it was very clean, spacious and we were out a lot."
"We were moved to a different apartment (the end unit) that was much darker and not at all like the photos of the room we reserved. The bedroom was crowded with 2 double beds, one with a bunk bed above. And the wall of the bedroom and bathroom were so hot during the day as it was exposed to full sun, so the AC had to work extra hard to try and cool the space. But it was ok."
"Utilizamos dos 2 noches, en la primera dormimos en una cómoda, limpia y bien equipada habitación, y en la segunda noche fue mejor porque nos asignaron una amplia casita, bien equipada, limpia y ésta contaba con aire acondicionado y la primera sólo tenía ventiladores."
