House is located close to other houses.

"We stayed at the main house at Palm Beach 278, and it was an amazing stay. The house is nice and spacious with an onsuite bathroom in the large master bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need to cook in. All the air conditioning units worked very well. There was an amazing outside area in the back with plenty of room to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or late night drink. It even had a dinning table. There was 3 very nice sun umbrellas in the closet in the master bedroom along with three beach chairs. There was even a small cooler and a large one outside in the patio area. The area is perfect with many options to eat within a few minutes walk. Palm Beach which in our opinion is absolutely beautiful is only 10 - 15 minutes away. On our last day, we were provided a lift to the airport which was greatly appreciated. We didn't have to worry about calling a taxi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Aruba."

Communication was not always the greatest although Jonathan was great when we ran out of propane during dinner. He brought a new tank so we could finish cooking dinner. We didn't find a blow dryer, however we managed without. We didn't have beach towels when we got there, but Jonathan eventually brought some. Also, the ice trays in the freezer are difficult to operate. With all that being said, the accommodations were great, and we were able to truly enjoy our stay in Aruba.

"The place is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, there are many convenient amenities, especially the AC, and the location is safe and central to noord. Check in was very easy, as well as check out. The staff is very responsive about all issues and checked in to see if we needed anything."

The washing machine and dish washer did not work. The pool could have been cleaner too, but it was still nice
