"The woman from the desk was very kind and helpful with everything. She gave me a small gift when checking-in and guided me where to take the bus to the railway when checking-out. The room was cleaned, the AC heater worked well and the location was good!"

"The location is perfect, very close to the old town. The staff was very nice and kind, they recieved me with jelly candy, which was delicious and a very warm gesture. They provided me with a map, also."

"The bathroom desing is not the best, as the shower is right over the squat toilet. No towels were provided. Every morning a man was calling for another person, shouting from all over the hotel."

Situated in old town. so lovely to have smiling happy people when we return from day out. It is simple accommodation but we loved it."

"The owners were so friendly and helpful. There were lots of nice touches such as little gifts like fruit and flowers and even sweets from their downstairs shop. We are on a cycling tour and they let us store all five bikes inside the hotel and even carried them upstairs for us! The hotel was a two minute walk from the best viewpoints of the ancient city."

"un accueil extraordinaire, d’une gentillesse et toujours à vous rendre service, on se sent tellement bien que je suis resté une nuit supplémentaire, ils avaient peur que le bruit me dérange car je suis tombé en pleine fête nationale et en fait je n’ai rien entendu car la rue est plutôt calme alors que nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied du centre , une adresse que je recommande, encore un grand merci à nos hôtes pour votre accueil"

"La chica es super amable, simpática y estuvo atenta a nosotras. La ubicación es ideal y el precio está más que bien. El cuarto tenía todo lo necesario. Por lo que cuesta, realmente no podemos quedarnos. Y de nuevo, la amabilidad de la dueña es un plus importante."

"Era algo pequeño y las instalaciones podrían estar en mejor estado, pero teniendo cuenta el precio, no es un problema. Lo que si fue algo molesto es que tanto la puerta del baño como las ventanas se quedaban enganchadas y era difícil abrirlas/cerrarlas. Por las mañanas pasan grupos de turistas por la callecita y hacen ruido."

"La habitación muy limpia, el trato de la chica excelente, me dejó quedarme hasta que saliese mi tren, hasta las 4 de la tarde, cuando la hora de salida de la habitación era a las 12. Inmejorable calidad precio y trato exquisito. La ubicación inmejorable, en 2 pasos a través de unas calles preciosas, sales al río y al corazón de Fenghuang. Si vuelvo a Fenghuang no dudaré en repetir."
