"Secured apartment building with security guides 24/7. Easy walk to the city center and the lake front. Plenty of space for just two of us. Feel like at home. Host provided maps, tours information and restaurants/bakeries recommendations, it was very helpful."
"No communication from the host before arrival, the address on booking.com was not the address of the apartment. We had to call the host to find out where is the apartment located, how to get the keys and where to park. Puerto Varas city center is hard to find a parking spot, which made things harder and wasted a lot of time."
