"Gmundnerberghaus is a hidden gem. The cottage is incredibly tidy, cozy, and well-maintained. The views of the green hills surrounding the property are absolutely stunning and provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation. A major plus: the actual location and atmosphere are even better than the pictures suggest! The photos on the website are modest compared to the wonderful reality. The place was clean, sheets were clean, towels and soap present, and there was working cleaning tools to keep the place clean. The host had thought of everything. The WiFi was superb. And the park outside is well-maintained and enjoyable."

A work desk was missed. Indoor parking not available, but the are is quite safe and secure.

The place is very secure, and perfectly located being very close to the city center on one side and restaurants and bars on the other side (few minutes walk).."

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

"Really comfy, tidy, well equipped place. The hosts were very friendly, they even contacted us with a neighbor of them who gave us a (paid) tour to different destinations. The supermarket around the corner was very handy, it helped us reducing costs during the trip. On the other hand, we used public transportation, but I would suggest to rent a car if you are a group of 3 or 4. We had a really good stay, so we highly recommend Casa Chiquito :)"

Nothing, everything was fine. Just for the sake of continuous improvement, it’d be good if the draining of the shower could be improved but I can imagine it is significant work (it is certainly not critical at all, though).

"The villa was very warm and comfy ! It had all the kitchen equipments needed,even more than expected, if you want u can take food and cook it there. The oven, the wooden heater, the refrigerator,air conditioning, the nice views from the verandas ! Everything was great!"

"Pool, remoteness, local village and farmers tending the land in a traditional way. The apartment was modern. The drive in was an experience, around 8km on gravel road."

"It’s super secluded! Very quiet. Had facilities from the 90s for kids and family to roam, cycle or just simply walk by the river. The family running the place are very welcoming. Great for fam with young kids"

The property is generally old, not that it’s not well kept but I think it’s kept as best as they can.
