"It takes about 10-15 minutes walking from the main train station. My room no. is 231 which is spacious and spotlessly clean, attached with a sizeable pantry. The lady in the reception was very cordial and helpful, a room was given to us at the time of our arrival (about 11 am). Immediately we were also given a scan code for free bus travel within Lucerne. Finally, the breakfast was of good quality."

"The room we stayed in was good. The breakfast was ok, but there were no hot dishes at all. The staff on the floors and in the restaurant are very friendly. Wi-Fi works well."

"The location is inconvenient; this hotel, like the entire town, is not for skiers but for tourists. The hotel staff doesn't provide directions, so I ended up walking with my luggage. The ski room is very-very small, the entrance is from the street, there is no lift to the ski room, boots remain wet. There is no kettle in the room. The hotel management doesn't respond to booking.com inquiries; this is incredibly disrespectful. If they had contacted me, my rating would have been higher."

"Outstanding staff. Oliver and his team especially the staff in the restaurant Elsa, Catarina especially were fantastic. The food was 6 star quality as we stayed over Christmas and the menus were amazing and exquisite presentation. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is a nice chic hotel with well setup rooms and nice ambience. Quite easily accessible from the zermatt station."

"Good place with pleasant service. Small cozy hotel with honesty and polite staff, clean and tiny room, free transfer and 3 min funicular. I highly recommend this place in your want save your money in Zermatt and would like live at a clean and comfortable place. The administrator was ready refund our money for lost day when our flight was cancelled, it’s so pleasant. The breakfast is not very various but you can take a little bit of everything and it can make you full Discount on funicular would be great addition but it’s not important"
