"Door to reception from our corridor was locked, key issued did not fit the lock,very disturbing as this was a fire exit!!! Loved the embroidered towels and named bathroom products. However, the bathroom was seriously overdue an update from the 70s, and we feel this was needed more than embroidered towels etc."

"I had a lower room which was great, but above me was someone or a crowd with army boots and had a tendency to drop things (large things) often. My wife wanted to call the desk but I let it pass besides there is no all night at the desk."
