"The overall experience, we booked this to reconnect after years and we chose well. The ambiance, the cozyness of the place, the fact that they had put us in a room far from others and respected the request I made for a main floor room. The pool and hot tubs inside and outside was amazing."
"The bed was my main concern, it felt old and it was not comfortable for me. Also, the chairs all had armrests and it makes it impossible for me to sit in. Maybe opt for better options for seating in the rooms."

"The rooms were very basic, and dated. The spa amenities were older and didn't work well. The pool needed to be cleaned, as there were large chunks floating around in it. I also fell on the stairs (glare ice) coming out of the outdoor hot tub and injured my arm, back and foot. Additionally, the parking lot had 6-7 inches of frozen ice and was treacherous trying to get to and from your vehicles. Our group of nine wasn't impressed with the overall state of the hotel and wouldn't recommend staying again."

"The swimming pool was the perfect size and depth for both kids and adults and the water was warm. It's also great that spa services are available on site."
"The room and adjoining bathroom were not well cleaned. I had to clean them myself and picked up a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. Also, the ceiling seem to be falling apart, there is a dire need for renovation of the entire premises, and customer service left a lot to be desired."

"When I booked online it said that breakfast was included. It was only after when I was at the hotel I noticed on my invoice that it was an extra 14.95. I was surprised and disappointed because I told my sisters that breakfast was included."
