"We could not feel more welcome if we tried! Honestly one of the most accommodating hosts we had anywhere we've been to. Plenty of guidance for local attractions, restaurants, transport, weather patterns and upcoming lottery numbers! Ok, I might have exaggerated with the lottery numbers, but you get my point! Lovely apartment too, with wide automation via Alexa, so you don't need to get up if you forgot to switch one of the lights off, true rest!"

The host was absolutely exceptional - truly someone who would go above and beyond for their guests, practically able to pull a star from the sky if needed. "Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable place, Kirk is such a nice person, he helped us everytime we needed about transportation, tours, places to eat. There is a bus stop close (10 min walk) where you can take route 10 to go to places like downtown, fish fry, cable Beach."

"We were glad to return to Nassau and live in this cozy Smart house from the owner Kirk was friendly and helpful in any matter, everything was great. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, Slept well and the pillows were low and comfortable, the bed was large, in a quiet area where a large store and the beach were 5 minutes from the house, Thank you Kirk were glad to meet you and see you later ,"

"I had a wonderful time staying at this cosy but modern apartment. It was perfectly equipped with everything I needed and felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of local knowledge. They went out of their way to share great recommendations on places to visit, eat, and explore in the area, which made my stay even more enjoyable 🧡 The hosts also much me in touch with a lovely taxi driver who took care of all my trips after my arrival to the apartment. Thank you again for my late night trip to the drive thru 😂"

"We had a great stay! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We had made a mistake with our dates and they kindly allowed us to shift our reservation by one day — which we truly appreciated! The place was clean, matched the photos perfectly, and had everything we needed. The location was great too — perfect for anyone visiting the Bahamas. We stayed for three nights but honestly, we could’ve stayed much longer."
