"Pusryčiai pranoko visus lūkesčius. Labiausiai nustebino ir juoko sukėlė, kaip apgyvendinimo įstaigos darbuotojas pusryčius, tiesiogine ta žodžio prasme, atnešė per vandenį. Mes jau norėjome plaukti su valtimi atsiimti pusryčių. Tačiau pastebėjome žmogų, rankose laikantį krepšį ir einantį tiesiai per vandenį. Wow, rytui kupina juoko ir malonios staigmenos dozė. Pusryčių skonis/kokybė - tikra kaimiška virtuvė. Mums itin patiko. Kiekis.. Na, daugiau nei puse pusryčių pakavome į krepšius ir vežėmės namo. Tai 2-iems asmenims maisto buvo prigaminta kaip 4-5 asmenų šeimai. Ačiū šeimininkei!"

,,Gulbių namas" turėjo tik 1-ną minusą, kurio suprantama, jog paprasčiausiai nepastebėjo šeimininkė. Kadangi mūsų viešnagės metu lijo tikrai itin stipriai. Tai teko pastebėti jog nuo lubų , virš lovos, krenta vandens lašas. Visa laimė, jog nustojo lyti ir nesklandumas dingo.

"Our stay on the Yathra Houseboat will always stay in our minds and hearts. This is our second time within 3 years. We had a vacation of our life with all the comfort and pampering by the staff on the boat. The cruise on the river provided rare glimpse of few exotic birds and a large group of monkeys. The narrations by the Manager of the Dedduwa Boat House about those birds were very informative. The Skipper was kind enough to stop along the river bank to watch the birds closely and take photographs. The candle-lit dinner and the night spend on the upper deck was simply magical. The next day my husband even managed catch some fish while cruising. The staff arranged them to be prepared for our lunch and that dish was out of this world. The staff went an extra mile to make us happy. The bedrooms and the facilities on board were above standard. This is the best destination we spend while in Sri Lanka. Keep it up Yathra and we will back again next year."

"The Sailboat Ragamuffin is a unique experience. You are staying in a sailboat moored off of Water Island, where your hosts live after sailing the Caribbean for 30 years. They are a font of information and anecdotes about the US virgin islands and others. Jo is an accomplished chef and strives to give you the food types you desire. They pick you up by dinghy on the Crown Marina dock, and will take you by dinghy over to Water Island. In my case, I had two berths (bedrooms and bathrooms) on the boat, rocked to sleep by the rolling of the boat on the water. Don't miss going to water island, golf cart to Limestone Beach (coral reef) and Honeymoon Beach (the latter has turtles swimming around)"

The listing didn't make it quite clear what the accommodation would be - it described an apartment and a pool view. I thought it might be a houseboat on a dock. The pool view is the sea around the boat!

"Very interesting experience! The boat is big, it’s like an apartment with all you need. It’s in the middle between Belgrade and Zemun. Very friendly owner."

"Clean, well looking hotel. Hot water, good rooms, beds and overall. Staff is always present, helpful and very hospitable! Location itself is good, especially if you need to reach the airport and the transport stations."

The only disadvantage is the big telecommunication tower just to the side of the hotel. I personally prefer not to be microwaved.

"I loved the cozy boat house vibe and the thoughtful staff—they even gifted a local boat tour, which made the stay fun. The location was quiet yet easy to get around, and the space was clean and comfortable."

There’s barely anything to fault, but the spot is a bit far from busy areas. It wasn’t a real issue for us, though, since we wanted a peaceful stay.

"Wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Feierabende waren entspannt, ruhig und entschleunigend. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt."

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)

"I loved the whole concept. Just to wake up in the morning with the view of the boats in Marina is perfect. The house is more like a apartment with a perfect uper deck, with Jacuzzi and the view. You can really organize your time as you like, be active or just take it easy. In the evening is perfect moment to relax and watch the stars from hot Jacuzzi tub. Everything is close by. The beach is not a perfect one but it’s close one and you can always easily go for the swim. The house has everything you need and the host Igor was helpful in organizing everything to run smoothly. Thank you for that. I will definitely come again."

When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.
