"استقبال الموظفين، الموقع، مناسب للعوائل، النظافة بشكل عام، الموقع، الإضاءة، المطبخ ومتوفر فيه أدوات الطبخ، الصالة شرحة، التكييف ممتاز، دورات المياه نظيفة والشاور حلو ودفع الماء قوي . شكرا للموظفين على تعاملهم الراقي وحسن تعاونهم وبالأخص الموظف اسماعيل أخلاق وتعامل راقي ."

"ضاحية السيف منطقة هاديه ولا فيها إزعاج وقريبة من السيف مول و سيتي سنتر البحرين و محطة وقود قريبة من بعض ويوجد مسجد قريب و مطعم زيارة"

"النظافه .. اللوكيشن .. الشقه مرتبه مره وكل شي متوفر فيه ادوات طبخ للي يبغو يطبخوا ونظيفه فعلا .. تعامل الموظفين كويس جدا ويتابعوا وصولك بمجرد ماتعمل حجز لحد ماتعمل تشيك ان .. التكييف ممتاز ، المويه الحاره موجوده واندفاع المويه قوي “ انا يهمني دا الشي “ والشاور رهيب كمان .. قعدة البلكونة حلوه احس في الشتا حتكون رهيبه"

"استقبال الموظفين وسرعة انجاز الدخول وتعاونهم معك في اي شي تطلبه وعامل الشنط ممتاز ونفسيته حلوه والفندق مناسب للعوائل وهادئ جداً وقريب منك الشاطئ مشوار دقيقتين وفيه فعاليات وفودتركات"

"كان ودي لو فيه كوفي لان الغرفه لا يوجد فيها شاي ولا كوفي ولا فطور ولكن البقالات قريبة ومثل ماذكرت الفعاليات الي على الشاطئ فيها شاي وكوفيات"

"Clean hotel with very friendly staff at reception. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Our room was very high up and we had a great view of the city and new year fireworks. WiFi in the hotel was good and worked well for what we needed. The hotel is very close to local amenities such as Juffair Square and a variety of 24 hour supermarkets. There's a Lulu, Ramez, Al Jazira and a host of local stores, as well as the Oasis Mall which is about 2-3 minutes by car or a 10-15 minute walk. Juffair Mall, where the Lulu Hypermarket is situated, is also close by and has a bowling alley as well as other activities. There's free parking available at the hotel with a spacious multi storey car park."

"Although the main pool was going through renovation and it was a bit annoying because of the noise and dust, the staff's corporation and outstanding customer service is what made it all ok and actually memorable. The manager went out of his way to accommodate and made our stay great."
