"A two-bedroom suite. It was completely filthy. The kitchen area and microwave hadn't been cleaned, and the counter hadn't been wiped clean. The windows let in cold air. All the curtains were partially torn from their fastenings. Shower gel and shampoo were completely missing. Loud noise from neighboring suites."
