Centrally located 1.5 km from the Sea Garden and the beach, The Sport Center in Hotel Aqua features free access to indoors swimming pool and gym. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The Bistro Aqua, serving a variety of dishes and drinks, is also at guests' disposal. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop, with connections to the airport and the railway station. Buffet breakfast is available from 7:00 o'clock until 10:00 o'clock. A sport centre with 3 saunas and a massage centre are available for guests at an extra cost. At the property there are 3 conference rooms available with different number of seats - 40, 60 and up to 140 seats. Technological equipment can be provided upon request in advance, including screen, flip chart, sound system with microphones, podium and multimedia projector. Hotel Aqua is 2 km from the Main Train Station and 2.5 km from the airport. All rooms in the hotel are fully renovated in 2024.

Kambarys buvo tvarkomas kasdien, keičiami rankšluoščiai.Viskas paprasta,švaru, patogu jeigu nevyksti atostogų dėl viešbučio o prie jūros pailsėti."
"Paskutinę dieną po kambarių tvarkymo personalas vietoje dviejų mažų rankšluoščių vonioje paliko tik vieną. Žinoma, jis nebuvo reikalingas, mes jų išvis nenaudojome, tačiau išvykstant kažkaip pasijautėme tarsi jį būtume pasiėmę su savimi. Bet tai tik smulkmena."

"Nice hotel with clean & cozy rooms and comfy beds! There's an elevator which is great if you have a lot of luggage. The breakfast buffet is versatile and I enjoyed it very much! There's a heated indoor pool which I used once and it was a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly! Location is not super close to the beach but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there's a nice park in walking distance which will eventually lead you to the ocean."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
