"Firstly, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is on top of the famous shopping and dining centre and very centrally located. Fill of shops and restaurant around. Walking distance to everything."

"The staff was very nice. The location is exceptional, 2 minute walk from the Grand Place. The room was very clean and everything was nice. The bath was exceptional, and so was the shower."

"The only thing that could be improved is heating in the bathroom, it felt a bit cold. Other than that, everything was great!"

"Location is the best someone can find, in the centre of Brussels, by foot you can visit all attractions, bars and restaurants in the centre. Room was clean and space was good, the best was people in reception and especially Enzo, he was so helpful and friendly. We will come again and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Brussels!"

"Nice boutique style hotel in the centre of Brussels close to the main railway station. Very stylish rooms and comfortable beds. Nice and functional bathrooms. Great breakfast served in the restaurant of the hotel."

"The hotel is perfect located in Brussels, 10 steps from the Galleries, 1 step to a street with lots of restaurants, and close to á la Morte Subite (in my opinion the best beer café). Easy to go to from Central Station. Brekfast - no Bacon or omelette -But why ? all you need for a good start for the day is present, Coffee, tea, bread, egg, ham, yogurt, Salomon, grapes, juice, ... everything you actually need and want. Clean, Extra - we had our room close to the galleries - meaning when we open the window we were in the galleries. Awesome."
