"Breakfast was good - much better than anticipated. We had to leave early on the last day; the hotel was very accommodating by allowing us to take breakfast at 7a.m."
"Poor internal communications: we asked about early breakfast on last day when we booked and were assured by the receptionist that it was OK and would be mentioned in our reservation file. We repeated the request at check-in. Contrary to what we had been promised, there appeared to be no record of our booking request - but we were assured by the (different) receptionist that it would be OK. When we double checked on the last night, the lady we spoke to knew nothing about it - but it was OK next morning."
