Suprantu, kad kambarius reikia sutvarkyti, tai tik perspėju tuos, kuriems reikia kambario anksčiau. Iki šiol mums matyt labai sekės su kitais viešbučiais, visada gaudavom kambarius anksčiau ir nemokamai."

"The room was excellent with a great bed and tastefully decorated. Although we were facing the main road you didn't really hear much and it was great people watching. Breakfast was adequate and gave a good start to our day. A shout out to Samuel who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The staff we spoke to were friendly and answered our questions. All in all a good hotel to stay in which is a 2minute walk from the train station and near all the restaurants and bars in the area. I would highly recommend."

Breakfast was a full Continental Breakfast buffet including a hot choice of bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs. The hotel is around 100 yards from the Antwerp Central Railway Station on a major shopping street with a variety of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. The main tourist attractions and the major shops were all within half an hour's walk of the hotel."

"Fantastic location for the main station. Clean room of a good size and comfortable, very clean bed. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful when we had a medical emergency and the fine young man on reception at that time, who wears glasses, called an ambulance for us."

"We needed a telephone to make external calls, as our mobile phone was not working and the phones in the room were only for calls to hotel reception and so forth. We had to ask for tea and coffee facilities, as there was not already a tray in the room, which we had understood would be available."

"The staff breakfast and housekeeping very nice and friendly.😎😎👍👍 This is the fourth time we booked this hotel for the reasons we described. But the reception staff is a different thing, so unfriendly, not nice, the evening , morning or night staff, they all the same. Not 1 single time hello how are you , not even a smile. I think they not happy. Always with their head inside the computer at the end of the desk, always have to call them they do not see anything. And you get the feeling it is always to much, we have to leave them alone, There is some work for the owner( manager) to change that."
