"The location is gorgeous and loved the history of the fort. The view from the bay rooms was gorgeous. Room was lovely and spacious."

"It was a little tired in places. Lacked an area where you could have sit and have a drink outside of the beach bar which closes early. The staff were overall very friendly across the hotel everywhere apart from the beach bar where staff were snappy and stressed."

"To be at a beachfront and walk straight in to the beach was amazing. Since the beach was so nice we didn’t use the pool area. The staff was very helpful and we got very good service. Our room was spacious and nice."

"Beautiful beach with a clear majestic view of the sunset. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. I had a Seaview room with a balcony that was calm. The mattress and pillows got me in a deep, restful sleep!"

"I had complained about an extremely greasy burger at the beach bar. The staff understood my issue and promised to take my concerns moving forward. Hopefully that will happen. I didn't have any other concerns while I was there."

"Everything was on point. Breakfast, staff courtesy, room service as like flash and salt bae. Fast and tasty. Even the taxi service requested was fast and reliable. Let’s not get me started on the bed, linen and pillows. I was totally at peace. 100/10"

"Rooms are spacious, even though the hotel is not new, seems to be well taken care of. Location is amazing and hotel is especially good for kids with easy access to a beautiful beach."

"The pool was turbid for the whole stay, seems that cleaning is not sufficient. Staff in restaurants is not consistent - some are friendly, but I noticed that most of them are somehow uninterested and sometimes even unpolite. The service at the pool restaurant needs a lot of improvement."

"We had an exceptional waitress in the Lighthouse Terrace. Miss Lisa went out of her way to make sure our visit there was perfect - more-so because she kept the restaurant open for us as we were enjoying the cool breeze and lovely view. She is charming. Hilton is lucky to have her."

"A good hotel. Reasonable size room with comfy bed. Nice view from the balcony (premium king size room with ocean view). Good location short drive from various restaurants and Bridgetown center. Old fort and lighthouse on-site - sightseen can be done from the balcony of the room. Early check in, thanks to Natasha, and late checkout are much appreciated."

"The pool area requires some maintenance and upgrading. Sunbeds were not particularly comfortable. The beach is not swimmable due to high swell."

"Stunning views from room. Very clean, some staff very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our room key, the deputy manager and maintenance manager were amazing. Private beach was fantastic, maintenance incredible. Food was delicious. Very comfy beds."

"No hot tub all week as it was closed. The lifts were very slow, half of them didn't work and were out of action. The pool side bar staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Everything was quite overpriced compared to other places."
