"The staff were very helpful and the resort was very clean, The pool was wonderful one of the best we have used on all our trips including 5 an other 4 stars in other countries.We upgraded to the apartment which had 2 ensuite bathrooms and fridge etc, well worth it A big thank you to the receptionist who was extremely helpful and courteous accommodating our needs and requests always going the extra mile, she is a credit to the hotel and epitome of customer service. "We loved the ambient and stayed another night because we enjoyed it so much! The pool is great in the heat and the entire property is surrounded by trees so there is lots of shadows. It’s peaceful but still close to the city centre and the staff is lovely and always eager to help. Thank you!"

"Pool working time should be extended at least for hotel guests. Since restaurant and bar opens relatively late (08h), would be nice to have a coffe vending machine somewhere, for us "early birds" 😀. Also, they should state that internal restaurant is closed on mondays. There is no refrigerator in room (declared as ☆☆☆☆).."

"It is a nice place, everything seems like new. We had very spacious room. Most visitors were probably locals. Food was OK and the pool area was big, clean and quite empty when considering the very hot weather and the possibility to buy the pool access even if you were not the quest there."

"The service quality varied quite a lot depending on the persons. First the restaurant staff were very customer oriented, the next night not so much. In the first morning 9:30 most of the breakfest choises were not available anymore or you had to wait in the long line until they made them again, but the second morning 9am there was a very good variety without any line. First day the young pool staff was very friendly and did fantastic coctails, the second day there was some older lady (probably the manager) who questioned every client like a criminal who wanted secretly to sneak in to the pool area :) Maybe it is a problem there because hotel quest have a neon bracelet there and some poeple did not, but even though we had, we were questioned anyway, probably "just in case...". Our, otherwise very nice and spacious, house was situated just next to the road so we heard the traffic noise from the morning until the evening, nights were fortunately quite quiet. The main city area is a bit far for walking."
