"Die Lage ist großartig, direkt in City-Nähe. Doch Banja Luka an sich hat wenig zu bieten, es gibt definitiv schönere Städte in Bosnien und Herzegowina. Wir mussten einen Tag eher aus familiären Gründen abreisen. Großartig: Uns wurde die Rate für die zweite Nacht erlassen. Das hätten die Besitzer nicht tun müssen, danke dafür!"
"Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorab sehr schlecht. Am Tag vor der Anreise haben wir mehrfach gefragt, wie wir den Schlüssel bekommen - keine Antwort. Am Ende musste ich sogar booking.com einschalten, mehrfach mit ihnen telefonieren - nervig und zeitraubend! Die Wohnung an sich ist in keinem guten Zustand: Alt, abgewohnt. Extrem dreckig! Die komplette Küche klebt, die Schränke wurden von innen ewig lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Überall stehen angebrochene Lebensmittel. Tiefpunkt: der Gefrierschrank war voll mit SELBT eingefrorenen Lebensmitteln wie Fleisch, Gemüse, etc. - als ob dort jemanden wohnen würde und für unsere Buchung nur eine Nacht die Wohnung verlassen hätte (siehe Foto). Ekelhaft! Auch das Duschen ist eine Herausforderung: Nach rund 4 Minuten ist das warme Wasser aufgebraucht."
