"Comfortable bed, very clean rooms, and excellent breakfasts and dinners."
"The bathroom is extremely small with a cheap shower cabin. The elevator is too small and old-fashioned. The saunas do not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel - they feel like something from the past."
"The staff at the reception and the cleaners were exceptionally friendly and kind, which made a very positive impression. The hotel’s location is excellent, as both the train station and the shore of Lake Neusiedl are easily accessible on foot. Additionally, there is a well-stocked supermarket nearby."
"The food offered in the restaurant did not really suit MY taste, so I often only had the appetizers. SOME of the waitstaff lacked a smile and a warm welcome, and the mattresses in the rooms were too soft for MY preference, which made sleeping less comfortable."

"The gym is really small, located under the swiming pool, close the sauna, so it is quite hard to train due to the heat. It is also equipped with few cardio machinery and no weight etc. It should be updated with more tools to train actually. The pillow was too soft, at least for me. The dinner included in the package is not as various and complete as breakfast. Some food on demand could be added, at least considering people with food intolerances and allergies."

"Place and location are perfect for bicycle riding. Hotel is older but in perfect condition, wellness included. Food was from local sources, and tasty. Parking in front of hotel was without any problem."

"Easy to walk down to the lake, it had a pool and sauna. The restaurant food was really nice we really enjoyed the buffet style so you can try a bit of everything and eat what you fancy. Best of they allow dogs… 18 euros a night though"
"The view from our balcony wasn’t the best as we were on the 1st floor the 2nd floor would be better and it’s quite expensive to say we had a view of the roof and a football ground but we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony"
