"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

"Nuostabus vaizdas į salas ant jūros kranto su privačia terasa ir lauko baldais. Šalia pležai su daug vandens pramogų ir su nuostabiu pusiasaliu, kuriame įrengti takeliai pasivaikščioti. Nuostabi vieta saulėlydžiams. Gausūs pusryčiai."

Reikėjo per unitazą lipti į dušo kabiną. Nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvo. Nebuvo normalios keptuvės ir kaitlentė per lėta.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"The room was large and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the cleaning staff was amazing. The views from our room were great, overlooking Suva harbour. The location was central but a bit steep for us."

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"Breakfast was very good. Location was ideal, in the centre for restaurants etc. Area felt very safe in the evening,"

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"- The staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt really welcomed. - The breakfast choice was great and it was brought to our room at the times we chose. - The pension has a coffee machine and some cake downstairs, so one can help themselves at any time. - Our room was very clean and smelled nicely"

- Sadly the noise isolation is very bad in the room and you can hear people in the hallway like they are next to you.

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

"Beautifully laid out cottages in a stunning tree filled landscape/garden. Easy to get to the pool and beach. The accommodation was really clean and so comfortable."

"Draugiškas personalas, švari ir gan erdvi baseino zona. Gultų prie baseino pakankamai. Erdvus, švarus kambarys, su nedidele virtuvėle buvo patogu."

Labai girdisi triukšmas iš koridoriaus - gan prasta garso izoliacija. Išvykimo dieną, nors turėjome išvykti iki 12:00, nuo 10:00 kelis kartus užsuko kambarių valytojai pasitikrinti gal jau išvykome. Jausmas toks, kad kuo greičiau spaudė išvykti. Pusryčių pasirinkimas nėra gausus, viskas labai paprastai.

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"La ubicación y el apartamento en general estan excelentes, lo único esque si son 4 personas 2 deben axostarse en sofás camas pequeños, pero para una noche esta bien."

El sofá cama, pero para el precio y la ubicación se compensa.

There was nothing to dislike.

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

"Very clean and very close to the heart of Banja tourist zone, especially the Bridge of Love."

All was fine, nothing bad comes to mind right away.

"Viskas buvo gerai. Kambaryje buvo veikiantis kondicionierius. Miesto centras lengvai pasiekiamas viešuoju transportu, netoli stotelės. Netoli yra įvairaus dydžio prekybos centrai. Personalas buvo labai paslaugus, leido ilgiau pasilikti bagažą po išsiregistracimo (nemokamai), paprašius davė didesnes taures kokteiliams. Kambarys buvo labai tylus, nors buvo šalia viešbučio kavinės ir registratūros."

Pusryčiai buvo skurdoki ir monotoniški, beveik nebuvo karštų.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.
