"we can cook, and wash laundry everyday they are changing towels and cleaning room so you need to keep your valuable things esp. we are on tour the whole day"

"The room was big and clean. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The bed is comfy. I particularly liked that there was a washing machine, and a washing tablet was provided (I've stayed in places that don't provide detergent, which is really inconvenient)."
"I requested early check-in and was told they would do what they could, but when I arrived I got a lecture on what time check-in is and why that couldn't be changed. Even when I came back after check-in time, my room still wasn't ready. The minibar is expensive but that's to be expected, and there was also a list of charges for losing or breaking things from the room. It felt a bit untrusting."

"Очень странный формат уборки - не застилали кровать, не мыли посуду. Очень неудобная кровать, матрас и наматрасник очень мягкий, сминаются. Постельное белье за 5 дней не меняли. Достаточно высокая слышимость между номерами"

"Жили на 17-м этаже — из номера открывался потрясающий вид на парк и город. Уборка проводилась ежедневно, полотенца меняли каждый день, а постельное бельё — раз в два дня. Всё было чисто и аккуратно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: очень приветливые, вежливые и действительно стараются для гостей. Все вопросы решались быстро и профессионально. Приятно, когда работа выполняется качественно и с искренней заботой. Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!"
