"This apartment is very nice, comfortable and well decorated. It has a large balcony where you can seat, have a drink and enjoy the views of Erevan. It is located in the city center but on the same time, the street is quite quiet. It is also equipped with all needed stuff and furniture . Finally, the owner is very reactive and will help you for any kind of assistance. I really recommend this apartment which can accomodate 1 or 2 persons."

"This family run hotel is a true wonder. Everything is state of the art, very curated and extremely functional. Everything is pristine. Our room was extremely spacious, with nice sofa and two comfortable chairs. The owner, Vahe and his employees are extremely welcoming and ready to help and give advices. It is until now the best accommodation we had in Armenia and we truly regret having spent only one night there."

"The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It's very much spacious and has a great view on Ararat if you are lucky with the weather. It's also really quiet - we stayed in May and never heard any noise or neighbours. There’re few places in Yerevan where you can stay in a modern private house so the location is really privileged and central. The apartment is made with great respect to guests - we had absolutely everything needed and super new (including electronics and bed linen). The host Tatevik is kind and helpful - she was always in touch and helped in case we had issues, and also agreed a late check-out with no problem. We highly recommend the apartment and send our gratitude to Tatevik!"
