"Lily and Suren, both were fabulous. Suren patiently waited for us outside the Airport even when we were delayed for Visa on Arrival and Immigration. He was an amazing companion during our travel for two days within Armenia and also extended very warm hospitality. Apartment is in central of the city (When I say central, as per Europe standards) Republic Sqaure is 15 - 20 minutes walk and so in Grand Candy or other Key Locations. Apartment is ideally located with a view of Ararat mountain from the Balcony. Balcony itself is spacious and can seat 4 PAX easily and comfortably. You have grocery, pharmacy, dental clinic, supermarket everything with 1 minute to 10 minutes walk. I would recommend the place for anyone traveling to Yerevan wanting to stay in a homely environment in central of the city. Thank you Suren and Lily."
"Bed Room does not have Airconditioning but it has a powerful small fan and you can open the window as well. Hence should not be a problem in a decent weather. We went in 1st week of August and it was comfortable. Bathroom might be small for few and has a common tap connection between shower and wash basin but it is also manageable. Overall, no dislikes but just couple of points for future guest to come ready with."
