"It's a very clean and tidy space in a 5-store block cladded with Armenian tuff (which is a very good heat insulator). High ceilings. The windows overlook a turn of a narrow and rather quiet street where, never-the-less, you may see a cortege heading to the National Assembly. Overall, the place is very relaxing. We planned much for that day but we ended up staying inside (but for a short evening stroll). Very nice hosts, an international couple speaking very good English."

"It was another time when we thought of taking a good thick cotton sheet with us for the next trip to sleep on (or to cover with)."

"Amazing hosts! Very friendly people, had no trouble communicating with them. As soon as we have arrived we were welcomed by Patrice who gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. Everything was clean and cozy. All additional appliances were also in the apartment, such as the iron and the hair dryer. Lots of hangers in the wardrobe, which is very convenient for travelers :) The location is also perfect. 2 minutes and you are in the center of the city and on the main street with various restaurants."

"Приехали довольно поздно, после полуночи. Были встречены, препровождены в квартиру. Patrice, bonne journée! Уютная квартира в чистом, хорошем доме. Современный ремонт, хорошая техника. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Хозяева при необходимости были на связи. От поездки остались самые лучшие воспоминания. Однозначно рекомендуем! Арменуи, Патрис - сердечное спасибо! "Мне понравилось всё! Очень приветливые хозяева, замечательные люди. В квартире есть всё необходимое, до центра (Каскад, площадь Республики и др.) 10 минут пешком, метро тоже рядом. Один магазин прямо в доме, на первом этаже, другой - в двух минутах ходьбы."

"The location is great and it’s very close to the public Square, cascade collection and lover’s park, The apartment was very clean and it is better than the photos on the site. we have everything we need in the kitchen, cooker, bog fridge, pan, pot, plate, cutlery, glasses, washing machine and etc. There was many hypermarket and a fruit shop right next to the house. This apartment is located in a very safe area due to the presence of many embassies around it. The rental fee was also fair. Thanks alot to the kind, hospitality and responsible manager. I really recommend this property to all travellers to Yerevan."
