"Ottima posizione a metà strada tra il centro storico e il lungomare, raggiungibili anche a piedi. Vicinissima alla superstrada per andare verso sud. A due passi da supermercato, fruttivendolo, benzinaio e panettiere. Ottimo il parcheggio interno con il cancello elettrico. Appartamento molto comodo per 2 persone e molto pulito, gestito da una famiglia molto accogliente e gentilissima, oltre che sempre disponibile per informazioni e suggerimenti."

"Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro per chi non fosse munito di mezzi, anche se le strade non sono fantastiche indipendentemente dalla struttura. Altra cosa che ci è piaciuta è che la zona è silenziosa, per chi voglia rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa. Anche a pochi passi dal Kuzum Baba, che offre una vista fantastica sulla città di Valona. Quest'ultima ci è stata consigliata dalla proprietaria. I proprietari sono due persone bellissime, ci hanno anche aiutato a risolvere alcuni nostri problemi senza alcun interesse e ci hanno anche donato dei fichi appena raccolti. La consiglio vivamente"
