"We wanted to visit Butrint and were lucky to find Villa 5 in Mursi which is only 15min drive away, including the ferry crossing. It is in a semi-rural setting next to the lake. The beautiful, modern, very spacious apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has a balcony looking across the lake. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, there was water and fruit in the fridge on our arrival. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Albania. We ate at the local bar/restaurant called Todi and had delicious fish."

"A very new and clean apartment, one balcony with a beautiful view on the lake, plus a large terrace to have breakfast or dinner. Owners are very nice and full of smiles despite they only speak Albanian."

"A very lovely typicale place tp stay with great Natural Hospitility. For me the Most Clean and sweetest Place i found in Albania by now. Would Loved to stay longer... My Kids really liked. What a Beautiful Family, dogs... Thank you so much ☺️"

"Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour une famille. Les hôtes sont très gentils malgré la barrière de la langue. Ils sont aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très bien"

"We stayed 10 days, 4 families with 5 kids. The apartments are new and clean, with everything you need. Hairdryer, sandwich maker, ironing machine. They have a big terase where we stayed in the eneving. The kids had a yard where they can play fotbal or hide and seek. It's a 15 min walk from the beach. The Grandpa gaved us coffee in the morning and he was there for anything we needed. A kind and warm man, that cried when we left... such a beatiful place and family! You have a store near by. The area here in under construction, but i thing in few years this will be solved. But the accommodation is a gem, so you should really stay in this place! Thank you for everything! We sure will come back! ❤️"

"The accommodation is excellent, located in a great spot with all the beaches nearby. If anyone is worried about the amusement park right in front, there’s no need—it only works for a few hours in the evening, and you only hear the music, which you can hear all over town from the cafes for much longer anyway. The room is clean and spacious enough. All compliments to the hostess who maintains the rooms—she is very kind and pleasant, cleans every day, takes out the trash, the bed linens are clean, and everything smells fresh. Parking is available in the yard. The small bathroom is not a problem either—it is functional, the shower works well, and the water pressure is excellent. All in all, highly recommended!"

"Bardzo duży plus daje za czystość obiektu, pościel, ręczniki wymieniane były co trzy dni. W całym obiekcie było bardzo czysto, klatka schodowa itd. Poza tym przemili gospodarze, zwłaszcza Eli z którą mieliśmy bezpośredni kontakt. Jak czegoś zabrakło w kuchni, to Eli natychmiast przybywała z pomocą. Studio jest położone w pobliżu centrum Ksamil, wszędzie jest blisko, plaże, sklepy, restauracje jest w czym wybierać. Polecam serdecznie, pobyt był bardzo udany i Albania po raz drugi mile mnie zaskoczyła."
