"Good location . But do not use the one from booking as we end up in externally bad road as the location it’s not updated on booking . If you looking for it type : Santa Quaranta hotel . It will be next to that one . Otherwise you risking damaging your car like us ."

"No kettle , small , not comfortable and old double bed. Rooms are not being clean daily , parking there it’s nightmare . Owner calling 2 am to move our car . Once they call me from balcony to give them car keys so they can move our car . It’s not worth for €100 a night . The breakfast it’s very bad . It’s not a buffet . And it’s very small portion . Example of English breakfast : sausage , egg, bread, white cheese, olives, tomatoes . That’s nothing similar to English breakfast . Don’t fall for it . Very small toilet . After shower you can swimming there . No curtains ."

"The location was very ideal for us - it was in a quieter area but within walking distance which is what we were looking for. The owner was extremely friendly and was a pleasure to speak to. He was very attentive and helped with any questions we had. Parking on the premises was very easy and we felt our car was safe at all times."

"The hotel was amazing. The service was friendly and helpful. The view was breathtaking and the hotel was only 2 minutes walk away from the beach. Now lets talk about the food, it was all fresh and homemade, the breakfast was inklusive and was made at the moment. We also ate there dinner and it was delicious, i can only give a 10 at everything. Will be going back every year"

"I had an amazing experience at this fantastic hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently close to Saranda's top beaches. The rooms were super fresh. What makes this place truly special is that it's family-owned, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my visit. I highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Saranda. It definitely deserves 5 stars!"

"Na pewno śniadania były w porządku, ale to tylko tyle."

"important! Translate it Bardzo dużo wymieniać, ale po kolei: 1. Łazienka dramat - brodzik właściwie połączony z toaletą, bez kabiny prysznicowej, muskać się cała łazienka zalana 2. Fatalne WiFi które praktycznie nie działa 3. Mrówki w całym pokoju i oczywiście na łóżku 4. Co chwila zacinająca się klimatyzacja 5. Strasznie głośno od zamykania trzeszczących drzwi, nawet muszla nieprzytwierdzona do podłogi w pokoju 3 6 ostatnie to nie hotel, to pensjonat z pokojami gościnnymi."

"L'albergo e stato a nostra disposizione, abbiamo mangiato una sera lì e anno cucinato benissimo perché tutto gestito in ambito familiare..il lungomare di saranda però un bel po distante..."

"La colazione non era a buffet ma la dovevi chiedere e non e italiana ti danno solo un cornetto in busta e il primo giorno neanche lo avuto il parcheggio e piccolissimo e a volte dovevo spostare la macchina il cambio lenzuola un giorno si e uno no terzo letto era tutto storto rotto"
