"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. Everything felt well organized and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"Great position to visit bazaar & castle. Fantastic views from dining area. Good sized bedroom & bathroom. Modern & clean. Hosts fantastic Good breakfast supplied. Bonus was being able to leave the car whilst exploring the castle ( apparently local police issue parking tickets?)."

"We loved our stay at Castle Hotel, the facilities were very nice and we had a comfortable bed. Everything is clean and tidy, plus a nice breakfast is provided. The balcony has amazing views, and the old town is close by, everything is walkable. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, we would definitely stay again."

"Nothing - everything was perfect. Would just recommend, if you are driving to make sure you go up to the property on the left side of the town. Our google maps took us through Gjirokastra and it can be a bit tricky and confusing. Much easier avoiding the town :)"

"Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and salad included. Hosts were amazing, family worked well together. Location was good, few minutes walk to the castle and Bazaar area. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Everything was mainly great, only issue was the shower was a wet room style so tricky for the second person to use the bathroom."

"Everything was excellent. The place was very clean, the owners were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area had a beautiful view of the castle. Perfect location, just next to the main street of the old town. Great value for money!"

"Viešbutis randasi puikioje vietoje, šalia jūros, kavinių bei parduotuvių, tačiau ne ant pagrindinės gatvės, taigi triukšmo nesigirdi. Buvo 2 kambariai, vaikai miegojo atskirai dviaukštėje lovoje. Lovos patogios. Yra seifas,TV, WIFI nemokamas, arbatinukas, plaukų džiovintuvas, šampūnai ir net tapkes. Yra svetainės zona su kampu pasėdėti ir staliuku. Kambaryje šaldytuvas su šaldikliu.Balkonas su stikline sienele virš baseino tobula vieta gerti kavą ir stebėti vaikus. Baseino gylis apie 135cm ir apie 80 cm, sujungtas sienele, nebaisu palikti vaikų ten žaisti. Duodami baseino rankšluosčiai. Personalas be galo malonus. Yra vieta automobiliui. Nemokami ir skanus pusryčiai ant viešbučio stogo su nuostabiu vaizdu į jūrą. Rekomenduoju!"

"The hotel was exceptional. I unfortunately hurt my ankle while in Gjirokaster and had to stay an extended amount of time in town and this is where I stayed. Originally one night I extended to three nights and the staff were happy to extend my stay for me. The staff was 24/7 and helped me order food delivery and organising the bus to Tirana. They even dropped me off at the bus stop which was super helpful due to my crutches. I would recommend a stay here for anyone who needs a couple of night in between places. Nightly price was good and the room was clean."

"I loved it here and in Qeparo. The hosts were so sweet and warm and kind, as was the daughter who speaks perfect English and helps remotely. A beautiful apartment, clean, a comfy bed, and super nice shower. A view to die for from the balcony. I loved sitting out to watch the sun go down. They let me check in early when I arrived by bus and gave me juice and biscuits in the morning, which I didn't expect at all. The steps down to the beach are steep, but I quickly got used to them, and were full of pretty flowers. A little cafe and supermarket directly opposite, and several nice restaurants nearby. Amazing value and a little piece of paradise in my trip. I only wish I could've stayed longer."
