"Windows were dirty, not letting you enjoy the Burj Khalifa view fully. We were offered another room but there the windows were worse. The socket in the bathroom was loose, so the hair dryer had to be used in the bedroom."

He was incredibly helpful when assisting me with rebooking my flight after Emirates cancelled it. Paul kindly stayed four hours longer after his shift ended to make sure everything was sorted and that I had a new reservation. His dedication, patience, and professionalism made a very stressful situation much easier for me. "The hotel provides a shuttle pretty much on-the-hour to Dubai Mall which is nice, but the nearest metro station is not conveniently located. Taxis are available but usually have to take a circuitous route to get to your destination, having said that the return journey is somewhat direct."
