"Labai gražus viešbutis, super paslaugus ir dėmesingas personalas. Galimybė lankytis vandens parke ir akvariume. Jie nuostabūs. Vaikams ir suaugusiems rojus. Baseinas su atvėsintu vandeniu, kas birzelį buvo tikras išsigelbėjimas. Maistas taip pat tobulas. Numeris taip pat patogus, patogios lovos ir kokybiška patalynė, kas man labai svarbu. Buvo visos reikiamos kosmetinės priemonės, netgi paplūdimio rankinė, kurią naudojome prie baseino ir vandens parke. Kambarį tvarkė 2 kartus dienoje."

We came with an infant and they put a specialised diaper bin along with toys suitable for 1yr. Excellent soft play for a baby in little explorer club. A birthday gift for my wife Along with a cake. We were there during the attacks and everyone was on point giving us info and educating us about alarms we got on mobile , nothing to worry about. Very calm and well coordinated group of people. They spoil you to the point of being uncomfortable."

"At check-in, I experienced some difficulties because my children do not share the same surname as me, so I had to provide their birth certificates to prove they are my children. The waterpark could benefit from having a dedicated section for hotel guests, as it was very crowded with outside visitors and we struggled to find seating."
